The building is a construction dating from the last quarter of the nineteenth century located in Old Saint-Jean. The eastern part (95 Richelieu) was added in the early 1900s. These are townhouses built in brick which is part of the rationalist architectural current. The building was saved from demolition, being completely abandoned when it was acquired.
